Today, my mom and I went out to my uncle's house for dinner. He lives about ten minutes out of town in the woods and on the drive there I noticed something I NEVER noticed before... HILLS. Honestly, Louisiana is probably one of the flattest states in the entire union, we're worse than a 14 year old girl. Our highest point is somethigng like 500 hundred feet above sea level. Other than that the drive was pretty boring, though when we finally got there our car got swarmed by 10 or fifteen horseflies, which I thought were bees at first and really scared the crap out of me. |

On a side not, I'm alive. Whooo! family situation unstable but steady (yeah I know that's not terribly helpful but its the only way I can think to describe it. I've been trying to play through warcraft three during my down time (something I've ben waiting almost 3 years to do), but its taking forever. I need to do pick my jopb apps and fill 'em out and read the java book but the siren calls of "your building is finished" and "we're under attack" have possessed me. It kinda has me worried. meh. |

| Warcraft III |
[Jun. 1st, 2006|02:45 pm] |
|
Instead of planning for my future (overrated) I decided to play warcraft III the last few days and I've noticed a few cool things. First off, at the intro screen you have a grassy area with a pond where two people have just been murdered and demons in eldritch green shooting stars falling out of the sky, but if you look closely at the rocks in the background they look alot like pride rock. which pretty much killed me because who doesn't want to be fighting the undead and hordes of demons with Simba at his side in a disney movie. The other thing was that while looking for the oracle I came across a lizard titled "hungry hungry lizard" and it was eating mushrooms...god I love blizzard |

so yesterday in Lowe's and on the way home, I was thinking and it occurred to me. If razor blades were all pink with fluffy bunnies on would people be more or less likely to commit suicide with 'em, and would pink and fluffy bunnies suddenly get an altogether more sinister connotation associated with them. |

aaaaannndd five minutes later... I've just decided that before I marry, I and my spouse will have to submit to a full battery of tests in front of a board of psychologists to see if we are sane. I figure i'll keep more body parts that way. |
